What are sealed tickets?

A few years ago, it was common practice to download purchased tickets directly as PDF files. This system works well in itself, but it's also very susceptible to fraud. Unfortunately, the files were often sold in multiple places, leading to many buyers being scammed. Sealed tickets are tickets that have been purchased and can often be personalized, but are not yet available for immediate download. Downloading the files is often only possible for festivals a day before the event. For concerts, this is often about a week before the event. This prevents the files from being sold far in advance.

What should I do if I purchased a sealed ticket?

As soon as sealed tickets are sold on our website, the seller is notified that the tickets have been sold. The tickets are then reserved for the buyer. The buyer will receive an order confirmation from us with all the information.

The tickets are personalized by the seller if necessary and delivered as soon as they are transferable. So you don't have to do anything after placing your order.
